Shipping, Returns & Replacements

Shipping Policy

 

 

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed, packaged, and shipped within 3–7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

  • Shipping Methods: We use trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

  • Delivery Times: Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days after fulfillment.

  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship within the U.S. only. Certain products may not be available in select states due to local regulations.

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: Bliss Labs is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or incorrect addresses provided by customers. If your package appears lost, contact us and we’ll help file a claim with the carrier.

 

 

 

 

 

Return Policy

 

 

  • Eligibility: Because of the sterile nature of our products, returns are only accepted for unused and unopened items.

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition.

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds: Once inspected, eligible refunds (minus shipping fees) are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Sterilized or inoculated products, perishable goods, and custom orders cannot be returned.

 

 

Note: Mushroom cultivation carries natural risks. We cannot accept returns for contaminated or mishandled products once they’ve been inoculated. Please see our Replacement Policy below.

 

 

 

 

Replacement Policy

 

 

At Bliss Labs, we understand that unexpected issues can happen. We’re committed to making things right when products arrive damaged, defective, or contaminated.

 

 

When Am I Eligible for a Replacement?

 

 

  • Shipping Damage: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged product.

  • Contamination on Arrival: If contamination is visible inside a sealed sterilized product (grain bag, substrate, etc.), notify us within 7 days with clear, dated photos or video.

  • Defective Products: If a product does not function as intended (e.g., faulty injection port), notify us within 14 days of delivery with proof.

 

 

 

What’s Not Covered

 

 

  • Contamination or issues that occur after inoculation, since grow conditions are outside of our control.

  • Products stored, handled, or used improperly.

  • Requests without photo/video proof.

 

 

 

How Replacements Work

 

 

  1. Contact Us: Email [support@theblisslabs.com] with your order number, description of the issue, and photos/video.

  2. Review: Our team reviews claims within 1–3 business days.

  3. Resolution: If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost. In some cases, store credit may be provided.
